Queer Religious Trauma 1.0

8 Week in-person group

Mondays at 6:30pm, dates TBA in Mountlake Terrace, WA

The main objectives of this group are to establish a secure environment for individuals within the queer community to delve deeper into the effects of religious trauma, navigate adverse religious experiences, work through long-term impacts, reclaim pieces of self, and build meaningful connections.

Queer
Religious Trauma 2.0

Building on Queer Religious Trauma 1.0, this group is for folx who’ve completed 1.0 and desire to continue explore and processing their religious trauma. This group will focus on topics that are deeper and more personal, since folx will be coming in with the trust and comfort created in the 1.0 group.

Queer Grief

10 Week in-person group

Wednesdays at 6:30pm starting December 11th, 2024 in Mountlake Terrace, WA

Group for LGBTQIA2S+ adults seeking a safe and affirming place to process grief of any kind. This includes experiences such as death of a loved one, loss of a relationship, loss of health, etc. as well as less common sorrows like identity shifts, pet loss, family estrangement, childhood trauma, etc. No matter what you are grieving, you are welcome here!

Grieving Through the Seasons

Fridays 2-4pm starting March 28th, 2025
Outdoor location in Shoreline, WA

12 month in-person outdoor ecotherapy group
Meets one time monthly
120 minutes

Grieving Through the Seasons combines grief processing and ecotherapy for a truly unique and transformative experience. This group meets once a month at outdoor locations and connects the grieving process with each changing season over the course of one year.

  • Ecotherapy integrates nature-based activities and therapeutic support. Ecotherapy supports the participant in fostering a deep connection with the natural world through experiential activities.

Parents of Gender Expansive Youth

8 Week in-person group
Meets every other week
90 minutes

Tuesdays 12pm-1:30pm beginning March 4th, 2025 Woodinville, WA

This group provides support for parents of children and youth who are trans, non-binary, gender fluid, gender queer, or are exploring their gender. The goal of this group is to create a safe, non-judgmental place where parents can bring their full range feelings, anxieties, challenges, and celebrations as they support child’s exploration.
